Director Jayson McNamara’s debut feature Messenger on a White Horse screened on Nat Geo Mundo, as well as at film festivals such as Full Frame, BAFICI and LASA. For the last 4 years, Jayson has been documenting the life of Nora Cortiñas after they met at Argentine LGBTQ+ demonstrations - a cause close to Jayson’s heart and one that he reported on during his 7-year tenure as journalist at the Buenos Aires Herald.

Born in Buenos Aires, Andrea studied Fine Arts and Cinematographic Arts. She developed as an art and animation director for film and advertising and also as an illustrator in publications and human rights campaigns. She worked for five years with the Madres de Plaza de Mayo Línea Foundadora in the Communication and Archive area where she met Nora Cortiñas. She also directed the art and animation of the political documentaries Qué Deocracia and Bienaventurados, both directed by Patricio Escobar.

Sarah is a producer and an academic whose research focuses on human rights and gender. Her doctorate investigated the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo and included field research with the group in the 1990s and 2000s. Sarah co-produced the 2021 documentary Ferguson Rising, which premiered at Tribeca. She founded DoctoraStories in 2022 to connect with creative voices and give voice to marginalized stories. She is a champion of Spanish language education in California and president of the Eileen & Fred Family Schoellkopf Foundation.

Francisco Villa is an Argentine film Producer and Cinematographer. His films address social and political issues, using archive as a fundamental tool in his projects. Villa’s work has been screened at: Guadalajara, Cali, São Paulo, Vancouver and Ficunam. His first feature as Director of Photography, El fumigador won "Best Film" at the 12th Santiago de Chile International Film Festival in 2016, and was part of the 20th PÖFF First Feature Competition, Black Tallinn Nights, Estonia.

Melissa Daniels, with over 15 years in journalism and film production, is the Founder and Executive Producer of Tidetivity Studios. Passionate about diverse narratives, she creates commercial and original films merging social justice and authentic community representations. Notable projects include NatGeo's 2023 release The Mission, Hulu's Venus as a Boy (2021), winner of a Tribeca International Film Festival audience award, and AppleMusic's 2018 documentary Rainbow: The Film on pop music superstar Kesha.

For 20 years, Ana García has been a prolific editor in the Mexican film industry. She studied in Mexico City at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica and the National School of Plastic Arts ENAP UNAM, earning a Bachelor of Visual Arts. She later obtained a Master’s degree in Post Production Design from LCC-University of the Arts, London. Ana has edited acclaimed TV series like Big Little Lies, Orange is the New Black, and Top Boy, as well as award-winning films like Güeros and White Soldier. Her upcoming projects include Pasos a la fama and You Are My Problem.

Composer Gustavo Santaolalla is an Oscar-winning Argentine musician, composer and record producer. He won the Academy Award for Best Original Score in two consecutive years, first for Brokeback Mountain (2005) and then Babel (2006). He has composed the original scores for numerous iconic films such as The Motorcycle Diaries, Into the Wild, Biutiful, Amores Perros, and 21 Grams, as well as the theme music for the acclaimed docs Before the Flood, the Fight, and Making A Murderer.
On NORITA, Gustavo is joined by young emerging composers Juan Luqui, Paco Cabral and Matias Tozzola.
